Project Name: 10t/h+15t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler dust removal and desulfurization project

System configuration: multi tube dust collector + pulse bag filter + double alkali desulphurization

Brief introduction of the project: two new CFB boilers were built in Jiangxi in 2016. According to the characteristics of the dust in the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the environmental protection equipment designed by our company is the predusting of the multi tube dust collector, then the pulse bag dust collector in the gas box, and the desulphurization spray tower on the back end.

Desulphurization process: double alkali desulphurization. The construction is composed of one furnace, one equipment structure, circulating pool and dosing system. After the completion of the project, the dust is less than 20mg/Nm3 and SO2 is less than 30mg/Nm3, so as to meet the local environmental requirements.
